Healthy Black Bean Shrimp and Scallops
Serves Four
Also available in the Asian section of many grocery stores
Salt – to taste Medium to Medium High Heat Sautee’ the shrimp and scallops with 3 TBS of peanut oil Use salt and pepper to taste. In a separate skillet use PAM cooking spray liberally. Sautee the peppers, scallions and Chinese Snow Peas. Then add garlic and stir until fragrant. Next, and add mixture of: Per lbs of fish
Continue cooking/stirring until crackling hot and add to fish. Finish stirring for one minute and serve. |
