KID Jammers Summertime Power Snack

Attention all of you young jammers! If you are an active kid, azfamily.com would
like to hook you up with a cool summer treat. This treat also happens to be a
cool summer activity. After jamming around and playing in the Arizona heat, the
worse thing you can do is fuel up with something unhealthy. Ice cream, chips,
soda and candy will just weigh you down. Forget those foods because you need to
perform. Whatever you fuel up with has to be good and tasty, right? Try this
azfamily.com power snack to boost your energy even higher. You will be
completely pumped after this refreshing snack. And it is tasty, too. I'm going
to make one today.
Jammers Blend
Ingredients
1 cup of ice
1 banana
1 container of yogurt
1/2 cup of your favorite juice
1 of your favorite cookies
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
Instructions
Combine ice, banana, yogurt, juice, cookie and wheat germ in a blender. Mix well
and serve.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
Note: Be sure to get your parents' permission before using the blender.
This snack has protein for cell, bone and muscle development. It also
contains potassium, which is beneficial for joints and proper hydration. The
fiber and carbohydrates contained in Jammers Blend will give you energy. The
best part is you won't believe it's healthy because it tastes so good. Don't
